City studyThe National Study of Technology Use in Government is a multi-year, multi-method study that seeks to understand how public managers in medium and small cities across America use technology in their everyday work. Focusing on 500 cities with populations from 25,000 to 250,000, the project uses surveys, social media data, and website coding to track technology use, managerial perceptions, and technology outcomes.
The project trains students in public administration methods and research, while providing critical information for city governments. |
